Hot Keys

To navigate within Spreadsheet, you can use keyboard commands (see the table below) or scroll bar or directly select the desired cell by clicking on it.

Command Description
Arrow keys move one cell up, down, left, or right. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Enter moves one cell down. The cell editor isn't opened
Ctrl - Enter closes the cell editor. Doesn't move anywhere
Shift - Enter moves one cell up. The cell editor isn't opened
Tab moves one cell in a row to the right. The cell editor isn't opened
Tab-Shift moves one cell to the left. The cell editor isn't opened
F2 opens the cell editor
Esc closes the editor for a cell. Changes aren't saved
PageUp moves up one screen. The cell editor isn't opened
PageDown moves down one screen. The cell editor isn't opened
Ctrl - Left, Right arrow keys moves to the first, last cell in the row. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Ctrl - Up, Down arrow keys moves to the first, last cell in the column. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Ctrl - Home moves to the top left cell in the grid. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Ctrl - End moves to the bottom right cell in the grid. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Shift - Up, Down arrow keys selects a massive of rows. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Home moves to the first cell in the current row. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
End moves to the last cell in the current row. Disabled when the cell editor is opened
Ctrl-C copies the text into the clipboard
Ctrl-V pastes the text from the clipboard
Ctrl-X cuts out the text into the clipboard
Ctrl-Z undoes the previous action
Ctrl-Y redoes the previous action
Ctrl-B sets the bold font for the cell
Ctrl-I sets the italic font for the cell
Ctrl-A selects the entire sheet
