lockRow

locks/unlocks a row for editing

rowId	string|number	id of a row
mode	boolean	true/false to lock/unlock

Example

//lock row with id "row1" for editing
myTreeGrid.lockRow("row1",true);
//unlock row with id "row1" for editing
myTreeGrid.lockRow("row1",false);
