이벤트 시작 및 종료 날짜는 ISO 형식 yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSXXX을 준수해야 합니다.

HTTP 상태 코드는 요청 성공 여부를 나타내며, 성공 시 (response.status == 200), 실패 시 (response.status == 500)입니다.
