### Description

@short: A string from an XML file is converted into a date object in conformity with this template

@signature: xml_date: (date: string) =\> Date

### Parameters

- `date` - (required) *string* - the string which need to be parsed

### Returns
- ` date` - (Date) - date object

### Example
