### Description

@short: Specifies items of the second X-Axis

@signature: TIMELINE_second_scale_date: (date: Date) =\> string;

### Parameters

- `date` - (required) *Date* - the date which needs formatting

### Returns
- ` text` - (string) - html text for rendering in the scheduler

### Example
