### Description

@short: Wird ausgelöst, wenn ein neues Event zum Scheduler hinzugefügt wird

### Parameters

- `id` - (required) *string* - die eindeutige Kennung des Events
- `ev` - (required) *object* - das Event-Objekt selbst
