# show_tasks_outside_timescale

### Description

@short: Enables showing tasks that are outside the specified date range in the Gantt chart

@signature: show_tasks_outside_timescale: boolean

### Example

gantt.config.show_tasks_outside_timescale = true;

**Default value:** false
